Job Functions:

At SP Brewery, safety is our #1 priority. We comply with HEINEKEN’s (our parent company’s) safety practices and standards, ensuring that SP Brewery is a safe place to work.
Our Supply Chain consist of Procurement, Brewing, Packaging, Engineering, Safety, Supply Chain Support and Logistic teams.
Procurement Department perform strategic sourcing of high quality raw materials.
Brewing Department manage our automated brewing systems and use of the raw materials.
Packaging Department manage the diverse range of systems required to package beer and non-alcoholic beverages in their different formats for consumers.
Both Brewing and Packaging are fully supported by Engineering Department in daily basis.
Logistic Department ensure the continuity and reliability of supply to meet demand requirements.

Our Marketing teams develop and manage some of the most exciting, cool and innovative consumer marketing programs. They are involved in new product development, innovation and consumer insights, advertising and pack design, promotions and events, public relations and social media.

Our Sales teams are passionate about helping grow our customers’ (outlets) businesses and in turn grow our own business. They work with our customers to develop customer launch communication and merchandising strategy, implement customer promotions and instore events and they measure instore compliance and performance.
Our Channel Sales teams help modernize and innovate entire trade channels to generate category growth.
