SP Brewery throws support behind struggling SME customers

South Pacific Brewery has launched a revamped SP Club Loyalty Program for our top 300 SME customers.

An exciting program that rewards our traditional SME customers who consistently demonstrate the required behavior to drive increased sales and implement business-building initiatives.

SP Brewery’s Sales Manager Matthew Green explains “the COVID-19 pandemic and restrictions have left so many of our SMEs affected, especially bottle shops across urban, rural, and settlement areas. And so, the loyalty program is SP Brewery’s commitment to helping these businesses to recover from the impacts of COVID-19.”

“SP Brewery has been doing business here in PNG since 1952, we are thankful that our Traditional SME customers have been working closely with us, as SP Brewery’s success and sustained journey for over 70 years would not have been possible without their support.”

The Loyalty Program has been revamped to accommodate customers’ suggestions and incorporate learning from the previous years by giving more value to our most valuable partners – our SME customers.
