From starting his journey in the Logistics team in Lae to stepping into a specialised finance role in Port Moresby, Ubuk has continuously expanded his knowledge and sharpened his expertise. Today, he plays a vital role in analysing financial and operational data and transforming complex supply chain insights into clear, meaningful reports that support smarter decision making across SP Brewery.

CLIMATE SURVEY
Our employee Annual Climate Survey is a tool used by our organization training and development department to assess the conditions in which we work that drive our performance and retention. Our leaders play a key role in creating the climate. Measuring climate allows us to identify our strengths and the areas of further improvements.
