SP Lager Major Cash give away promotion 13th October to 30th December 2025

SCHEDULE 1
PARTICIPATING OUTLET:
1.Duplicate receipts will not be printed under any circumstances.
2.In the event of any suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, the promotion will be immediately suspended or withdrawn from the outlet involved.
WINNER:
3.SP Brewery Limited staff, agents (security personnel), participating outlets/staff and immediate relatives of all mentioned above are not eligible to enter or participate.
4.The winner has to ensure they write their full name, contact number and the name of the outlet on the back of the receipt and drop it into the entry bin provided in-store.
5.Receipt to reflect a Retail purchase equivalent to 2 cartons (330mls), (48 units) or more of SP Lager can / bottle to be eligible to participate.
6.Winner must present a valid identification in the form of an ID (driver’s license, employment ID NID Card) if none of the mentioned cannot be provided, he or she must be identified by a person of credible standing in the community through a signed Statutory Declaration.
7.Winner must be eighteen (18) years and over. He/she is required to provide if SP Brewery sees him/her not in the allowable age, he/she must provide proof of age in the form of a birth certificate, or school certificate to verify age. The winner is automatically disqualified if he/she does not meet the age requirement. The prize will be redrawn immediately.
8.SP Brewery reserves the right to disqualify/dismiss a winner if deemed to be falsifying and or in pretenses of a genuine winner and the prize will be redrawn.
9.Winners can only claim Prize when all of the above requirements and conditions are fulfilled.
10.Entering the competition is an automatic consent to SP Brewery to use your image and name in all its publications in relation to this specific promotion.
11.All entrants/participants to the promotions and offers are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of this promotion.
THE PRIZE:

13.Participating stores: All Off Trade Outlets with Cash register. All participating stores must ensure clear and readable.
14.The Prize offer includes Fortnightly Draws: 120 winners of K5,000 & Grand Prize: 1 Major winner of K600,000
15.The Prize is drawn fortnightly & Grand prize winner is drawn at the end of the promotion: 28th October, 11th 25th November, 9th 23rd & 30th of December 2025
16.The Prize will be distributed to the winner, after confirmation with the requirement under Term 9.
17.The Prize remains the property of South Pacific Brewery until the winner has fully met all requirements of the Terms and Conditions
REDEMPTION:
18.Only the winner can claim the prize from the participating outlets or said location during the draw dates.
19.The Prize is awarded as stated and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or substituted for any other item or benefit.
20.Winner to complete a redemption form provided by SP Brewery Limited staff, outlining valid corresponding name & account details, should the winner not have a valid account detail he/she can nominate a third-party account.
21.If the winner cannot be contacted for whatever the reasons SP Brewery has the right to do a re-draw to declare another winner on the spot.
